Matt Adams: Owner / Guide
Matt played 4 years of collegiate baseball and still holds many records at Webster University. Matt has served as a hunting and fishing guide for the past 3 years. Matt has killed many big bucks over the course of hunting for 10 years and provides great knowledge to all of his customers thus putting them in a great position to kill the buck of a lifetime. Matt also serves as a fishing guide for Rend Lake and Lake of Egypt and has done so with much success. Matt takes pride in providing his customers with the best possibility of taking the game of their choice and works relentlessly to help them do so.

Mike Reed: Owner / Guide
While not fishing or hunting Mike works part time for the Illinois Department of Transportation. Mike provides the customers and guide service with the experience and knowledge required to be successful in the outdoors. Mike has spent his entire life on the water or in the woods. While deer hunting for over 30 years he has taken a great number of trophy deer. Mike also provides many years of knowledge on the water while duck hunting and fishing. Mike provides all customers with great service and puts them in the best position to take the buck or waterfowl of a lifetime.

Tony Skobel: Guide
Tony played two years of Junior College baseball at Kankakee Community College and has now turned his focus to helping M & M Outfitters with his immense knowledge of the outdoors. Tony has taken many big deer over the years, as well as being a great waterfowl and turkey hunter. Tony does it all for the outdoor service as he provides great deer knowledge and service to all customers in the woods. During the spring he along with the "Miles Brothers", has a success rate of 85% on guided turkey hunts. Tony also provides great service to the customers with waterfowl. Tony's goose calling ability is second to none. Tony has been guiding for 3 years and has done so with an unprecedented success rate.

Jason Miles: Guide
The brother of Craig Miles, together they are known as "The Miles Brothers". Jason is known as the "turkey assassin" at M & M. Franklin County has been open to turkey hunting for 7 years. Jason has been guiding turkey in Southern Illinois since it opened and has a success rate of 85% on all turkey trips. He has taken a turkey over the 20 lb mark every year since the opening of turkey hunting in Southern Illinois. Jason provides the outdoor service with great knowledge on waterfowl and deer as well. He provides M & M with experience and expertise in duck and goose hunting. As good as Tony is at calling, Jason is just as good. Customers are provided with callers that they will not find anywhere else.

Craig Miles: Guide
The brother of Jason Miles, together they are known as "The Miles Brothers". Craig has served the Southern Illinois outdoor community as a guide for all species imaginable. Craig is a terrific turkey hunter as well as an excellent fisherman. He has taken a turkey over the 20 lb mark every year since the opening of turkey hunting in Southern Illinois. Craig has guided on Rend Lake and Lake of Egypt for many years and has a great relationship with all of M & M's customers. Craig is also a very accomplished deer hunter and has taken many bucks over the 140 class throughout his 17 years of deer hunting. Along with all of the success he has endured throughout guiding and personally accomplished, the biggest asset he provides is his experience in the outdoors. He has been around the woods and water since he was very young and has a knack for providing the customers with the same enjoyment he has in hunting and fishing.
