This Uberti manufactured Cimarron revolver is patterned after the Colt Single Action Army revolver, dubbed the "Peacemaker". The Colt Single Action Army is a single-action revolver handgun. It was designed in 1872 for the U.S. government service revolver trials of 1872 by Colt's Patent Firearms Manufacturing Company and was adopted as the standard-issued pistol of the US Army in 1873 until 1892. Cimarron's reproduction sports an attractive color case hardened frame, hammer and loading lever, brass back strap and trigger guard, one-piece walnut stocks and the fluted cylinder, giving this handy revolver a rakish look that is sure to appeal to any black powder enthusiast.
